  Nitin Nanda, M.D., President & CEO

Dr. Nanda is the founder of the Asana Medical Group and Asana Telehealth services. He has been visionary in taking a solo-practice to one of the larger healthcare specialty provider practices in Southern California. He has shown a successful practice model based on great clinical acumen, efficiency, compassion and fiscal viability. He combined his business, communication, technological and medical skills in coming up with some unique and innovative model of healthcare delivery. He obtained his Medical Training in India, served briefly in Africa where he worked with community hospital and clinics taking care of the very ill and underserved. He then joined UCSF School of Medicine in Clinical Research, followed by Internship and Residency at the UCLA -David Geffen School of Medicine and being nominated Chief Resident for the program. Following his deep interest and passion in caring for the seniors he then pursued a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship also at UCLA, a well recognized program nationally for Geriatric Sub-specialty, where he now remains on faculty as an Assistant Clinical Professor. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in Medicine, at USC Keck School of Medicine. He continues to hold various leadership roles within healthcare and is very committed to community education, teaching and providing hands on care with this Group practice and Telemedicine initiative.

  Melayne Yocum, COO & CFO

Melayne Yocum, a CPA, has had a distinguished track record as a consultant to many health care organizations, specializing in financial turnarounds, reorganizations and process redesigns. She has also served for over 11 years as the Executive Vice President and COO of HealthCare Partners where she was part of a team that took the organization from 120,000 patients in full risk arrangements to over 760,000 and improved contribution margins over 300% while significantly improving clinical quality measures. In addition, Melayne led the project that planned, trained, and installed the largest one-day go-live of an electronic health record system to have been accomplished. Prior to HealthCare Partners, Melayne worked as a consultant for 14 years for hospitals and medical groups/IPAs in strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and other financially focused projects. She began her career with Price Waterhouse in the National Health Care office with a scope that included audits, as well as consulting engagements for hospitals across the country.

  Bobby Gupta, Senior Management Advisor

Bobby Gupta has over 18 years of diverse management, entrepreneurial, and cross-industry experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Most recently Bobby served as a VP of Technology at a Fortune 500 Financial services company. Prior to that, Mr. Gupta worked at management consulting firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte and Touche, LLP and advised CEOs, executives and senior management of Global 1000 companies. Bobby has an MBA from Tulane University in Marketing and Finance and MS and BS in Chemical Engineering.

  Rekha Raja, D.O., Senior Advisor

Dr. Raja is a Senior Advisor to AIMG, she is also an officer of the corporation. She brings a diverse background in medicine. She finished medical training at Des Moines University Medical School in Iowa followed by residency in Family Practice and practiced for five years before going into a second residency in Adult Psychiatry at Cedars Sinai Hospital, Los Angeles. She is Co-Principal Investigator with National Clinical Research Trials and is an established expert in women's mental health issues. She brings a tremendous value to our group in her compassion, clinical skills and a broad range of experience.

  Janet Minor, Practice Manager

Janet has worked her entire professional career in the health care industry. She has over 25 years management experience in numerous types of practices including orthopedic, neurology, ophthalmology, surgery and mental health.

  Manoj Yadav, Vice President - Engg., Technology & ITES

Before joining AIMG he has worked as a Project Manager for the National Informatics Center & Goenka Group. He has automated various state departments for the NIC. Manoj is an IBM Certified Consultant & regularly delivers sessions in IT companies like IBM , Perot Systems, 3i-Infotech etc. on various high end technologies. He also helps several startups in delivering cost effective solutions as well as in the resolution of their technical issues. He has extensive experience in offshore and onshore execution of projects.
